Design Consultation: We will discuss your custom watch design requirements with Aigell’s team. They will take into consideration your ideas, preferences, and budget to create a design concept that meets your expectations.

Payment:
Sample Production will started once confirm the watch designs and payment.

Design Approval: Once the design concept is ready, you’ll receive watch engineering drawing for your approval. Aigell will work with you to make any necessary revisions until you are satisfied with the design.

Sample produce: Once the watch design is approved, Aigell watch maker will create a prototype of the watch. This watch prototype will be used to test the watch’s functionality and make any final adjustments to the design.

Mass production: After the watch sample is approved, Aigell will begin bulk watches,watch production of the custom-made watches. They will use high-quality materials and precise manufacturing techniques to ensure that each watch meets your specifications.

Quality Control: Aigell has strict quality control processes in place to ensure that each watch meets their high standards. Every watch is inspected thoroughly before it leaves the factory to ensure that it meets your expectations.

Packaging: Ensure that each watch is well packaged according to customer requirements. To avoid damage during transportation.

Shipping: ship the goods by sea,by air. by your forwarder or our forwarder,We ship goods worldwide by DHL / TNT / UPS / EMS / FedEx / Aramex, etc. It would take about 3-10 days depend on different courier you choose. Default courier is DHL(door to door).We are DHL Gold VIP customers. If you need, we can apply for low discount freight for you.

Warranty from Aigell Watch maker
All the watches would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the watches, please contact us immediately for solutions. 12 months warranty for the customize watches and 24 months for the watch movement from the date of delivery. We can repair the bad quality for free and take half of the freight
