Job Title: OEM and ODM Custom Watch Salesperson
Job Description:
We are a leading creat custom watch factory seeking motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling our OEM and ODM custom watch products to clients globally, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generating new watch business leads and identifying new watch sales opportunities globally
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations
Working with clients to understand their requirements for the watches and develop customized solutions that meet their needs
Providing accurate and timely pricing and quotations to clients
Following up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Keeping up-to-date with watch industry trends, products, and competitors
Providing feedback to management regarding client needs and preferences
Participating in watch industry trade shows and events as required
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships, preferably in the OEM and ODM custom watch industry
Strong watch sales skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of watches and their features and functions
Ability to travel as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred, but not required

Job Description:
We are a leading watch factory seeking creative and innovative Watch Designer to join our team. The Watch Designer will be responsible for designing new watch models, creating technical drawings and specifications, and working closely with production teams to bring designs to life.
Responsibilities:
Designing new watch models that meet customer needs and market trends
Creating technical drawings and specifications for new watch models
Collaborating with production teams to ensure that designs are manufacturable and cost-effective
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences
Presenting design concepts to management and clients
Refining designs based on feedback from management and clients
Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Participating in industry events and trade shows to showcase new watch models
Requirements:
Previous experience in watch design, preferably in the custom watch industry
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
Strong creative and innovative skills, with the ability to develop new and unique watch designs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with production teams, management, and clients
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of watch manufacturing processes and materials
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or related field is preferred, but not required

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Job Description:
We are a leading OEM and ODM custom watch factory seeking detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, inspecting raw materials and finished watches, and reporting any quality issues to management.
Responsibilities:
Conducting inspections of watch raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Recording and reporting all quality issues to management and working with production teams to resolve them
Monitoring production processes to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality
Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize quality and efficiency
Providing feedback to production teams on quality issues and improvements
Maintaining accurate records of all quality control activities
Participating in the development of new watches to ensure that they meet quality standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in watch quality control or related field, preferably in the watch industry
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues
Knowledge of watch quality control procedures and processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with production teams and management
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering or related field is preferred, but not required
